Our Vision

Mentor young men who are totally prepared to enter adulthood, who are confident, who are well-equipped with the education, social values and beliefs that allow them to be productive, involved citizens in their community.

Chris Fudge / Chairman

Chris Fudge graduated from Lake Gibson High School in 1990. In August of 1990, he entered the United States Air Force and served during Desert Shield and Desert Storm. After a five year Air Force career in Communications and Computers, he received an Honorable Discharge. For the past 11 + years, he has worked for Lowe's Home Improvement in the Distribution Network as an IT Systems Administrator with increasing levels of responsibility.

Chris is married to Ronda. They were married while stationed at Bitburg AB in Germany. Chris and Ronda have 2 children, Danielle Annarose and Charles Christopher. Chris is a member of the leadership team at Osceola Christian Church and has been coaching Youth Tackle Football with the Kissimmee Youth Football League for the past 4 seasons.

Connie Click / Vice Chairman

Connie graduated from Artesia Christian College with a BS in Bible. She has been a resident of Osceola County since 1985 and has served as former Supervisor of Elections. Connie is a member of Osceola Council on Aging Board and a member of First Christian Church of Kissimmee where she facilitates a women's Bible study and fellowship group, serves as a member of Missions Committee and co-sponsor of adult singles ministry. She is married to Mark Durbin and has two children and two step-children.

J.R. (Tony) Buchanan / Sectretary/Treasurer

Tony Buchanan draws from a variety of experiences when consulting and mediating. He received his B.A. in Music from Atlanta Christian College, his M.A. in Music Education from the University of Central Florida and his Doctor of Education in Higher Education, Academic Administration from Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Buchanan is also certified by the Supreme Court of Florida to conduct general contract mediation as well as Family mediation.

Presently Dr. Buchanan has his own consulting and mediation firm, Buchanan Consulting & Mediation, LLC. His past experiences include Chief Academic Officer of Florida Christian College, Evaluator for the Association for Biblical Higher Education, past evaluator for the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, Chair of School Advisory Committee for Middle and High Schools in Osceola County, Fiscal Administrator of state and federal grants and Minister of Music and Education in several churches.

In the past Dr. Buchanan has served as Chair of the School Advisory Councils for Gateway High School and Denn John Middle School, member of the Board of Directors for Community Vision for Osceola County, Fiscal Administrator for the Central Florida RESPECT and CIMA Campaigns, abstinence education programs for Osceola County youth, funded at the state and federal levels.

Tony, and his wife Jani, have two grown children, and attend a local congregation where he serves as elder and adult Bible School Teacher.

Lyle Bundy

Lyle Bundy is an educator with over 26 years of experience in college instruction and 40 years of experience in leadership ministry. He completed an M.A. in Interpersonal Communication at Governor State University, and a M.Div. in Pastoral Leadership and Counseling at Lincoln Christian Seminary. He received additional training with the Christian Counseling Foundation and Westminster Theological Seminary in Philadelphia, PA.

Professor Bundy has been trained in communication and conflict resolution. He is a certified instructor of Core Communication and I-Skills Zone (Collaborative Team Skills) developed by Sherod Miller of Interpersonal Communication Programs, Inc.; and certified in the use of the Conflict Dynamic Profile created by the Leadership Development Institute of Eckerd College. In addition, he is a certified FAMILY MEDIATOR for the Supreme Court of Florida.

Lyle and his wife, Karen, have been married for nearly 42 years. They have two married daughters and two grandchildren.

Jennifer Woollet

Jennifer Woollet graduated from Florida Christian College in 2007. She has a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. She is currently a 3rd grade teacher in Osceola County. She attends Southside Christian Church where she is actively involved in Ministry. Jennifer and her husband Scott have been married for 13 years and have two beautiful children, Ethan and Avery.
